Victor was formally the Vice President of Investments for Gobi Partners and managed two Southeast Asia focused early stage funds with a total asset management of US$65M.
Prior to that he was with the venture capital arm of Malaysia’s Ministry of Finance, MAVCAP managing direct and indirect investments. Some of his notable investments are Carsome, Travelio, Triip, Hermo, OnOnPay and Jirnexu.
Victor has invested in over 20 companies in Southeast Asia, especially in Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia.

He is the Chairman of the Malaysia Venture Capital & Private Equity Association (MVCA), a mentor with the Founder Institute and other grass root entrepreneurial initiatives.
Victor as also appointed as a Council Member of the Malaysian Venture Capital and Private Equity Development Council (MVCDC) by the Ministry of Finance of Malaysia.
