Raised and Born from a Punjab-Indian- father and an aristocrat Sundanese mother from west Java, Indonesia, she has lived in numerous countries and traveled around the world for her passion for traveling and teaching. Gained her Diploma from an interior design school in London, BA in Psychology from Singapore and Marketing from Bali, Master Degree from Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia and UK, and Honoris Causa Doctorate degree from 3 University UIPPM in the USA, and Sorbonne France. She started her career from a humble beginning as a model and flight attendant of a prominent Indonesian Airline, and then met her husband, Fauzy Aldjufrie, a pioneer in real estate developer in USA and Indonesia, who mentored her to invest in real estate and change her life completely. After internships and leading International Investment Development with the prominent world-class developer. She started her real estate consultant, Ayla Associate, in 2007 with her domestic helper as her 1st employee. Her dedication and unique approach brought her as a leading real estate consultant in Indonesia and worldwide only after 3 years she had clients from all around the world, from both the private and government sectors. She then expanded her company into a real estate investment and development in 2010, after gaining capital from her consulting firm, and started developing luxurious real estates mainly in Bali, Vietnam, Malaysia as well as numerous investments around the world, such as UK Italy France Indonesia Malaysia Singapore USA and established AK Land, which is based in Indonesia UK and Singapore.
In real-estate education sector, she has been actively campaigning for affordable homes and shop lots for the street vendors, and in 2017 established the Global Property Bank and Technology Centre, ( GPBTC ) www.gpbtcentre.net, whicĺh is based in UK India and Indonesia, as her contribution to the real estate industry as a consultant and investment in the real estate sector to establish world educational professionalism standardization. She hitech woman, GPBTC is also leading research using satellite for minerals rare earth and smart farming. She also co-chaired and founded World Forum for education and sit as chairperson for Indonesia GPBTC is an education platform in real estate with United Nation SDG ( Sustainable Development Goals), aiming to be world-class real estate first laboratories and it was set up in collaboration in Indonesia with leading property and bank media founder, and Tanri Abeng University, a top private university in Indonesia, founded by the former government’s state-own minister and the man behind the biggest conglomeration of the state-own companies (BUMN) in Indonesia, which has grown an asset of almost 7,000 trillion rupiahs. In the real-estate technology sector, in April 2018 to Dec 2019, she co-founded and advised in real estate legal and acquisition in Poverty, enabling people investing in real estate from 1 million rupiahs, which is equivalent to USD 70. With Shinta Bubu, the Queen of the technopreneur woman in the world, who became the pioneer of Protect ( Property and Technology ) and DR Dewi, Indonesia scientist she started fintech and will turn into a property maintenance and management company in the near future, and started the 1st technology camp to gather best of world-class team in 7 countries and Bali from 2019 for the whole year round, in collaboration with Co-founder Limited, a US and UK-based co-living developer. She is hoping to connect Indonesia as the largest Facebook and Instagram users and home of 5 decacorns as an Asia Pacific Global Technology Hub in Bali, Indonesia, and link it to Silicon Valley and Bangalore, India.
On top of business, she would like to establish a legacy that will social impact her environment and the world. In December 2018, she decided to focus on woman and youth empowerment causes, dedicated to her singleparent mother, Princess Tety Yulianty.
She founded and becomes the President of the World Woman Leading Change and the Woman Leader Indonesia Network, in co-operation with the Woman Leader International Network in Vietnam, established by Miss World, Helen Nguyen, in 20 countries. In youth empowerment, she collaborates with the Global Leadership Empowerment Give1 Project for Indonesia, founded by Thione Niang a Senegal-African-American born, an organization that focuses on leadership empowerment that has been established in 125 countries. Her aspiration is to lead the impact and create changes in the World. Her dream is to help as many people understand the investment and create wealth from real estate. She contributes in numerous organizations in Indonesia and worldwide. Her passion is to bring her nation, Indonesia, and more women to be recognized in the world through the people and products of batik tenun (textiles), coffee, cocoa and spices (commodities), as well as a well-known technology hub in the Asia Pacific. She is the only woman in the Indonesia Real Estate National Board as the of Property and Technology. She is the member of the World Federation of Real Estate, Fiabci, the Board Head of the Committee of Infrastructure and Real Estate for the Philippines, and ASEAN in the Indonesian Chambers of Commerce (Kadin). She is also the Head of the Street Vendor Association (APKLI) with approximately 25 million members to help the needy in getting shelters and shop lots in Indonesia. Additionally, she is a member of the Global Think Thank Company and the board trusty of the Professionalism in Education (UAPCU) in United Nations Board of Council and Advisor for India Trade Organisation, Asia Arab Chambers of Commerce and Indonesia Travel and Tourism Association. an organisation with 50 mil members
